Dallas
area businessman appointed Director of
HISTORIC ROYAL PALACES INC. (USA)

Allen resident DAVID E. HUNTLEY, CPC, President/CEO of
Huntley Associates (Dallas) Inc., and the co-founder of the
British-American Commerce Association (BACA) in North Texas has been
appointed a DIRECTOR of HISTORIC ROYAL PALACES INC. Historic Royal Palaces
was established in 1998 in the U.K. as a Royal Charter Body with charitable
status and is registered in the USA as a 501 (C)(3)
charity. It is responsible for the care, conservation and presentation of
the unoccupied royal palaces – The Tower of London, Hampton
Court Palace,
Kensington Palace,
the Banqueting House and Kew Palace.
Historic Royal Palaces is an independent charity and, although the palaces
are owned by The Queen on behalf of the nation, it receives no funding from
the Government or the Crown. Historic Royal Palaces’ aim is to help
everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society,
in some of the greatest palaces ever built.
MR HUNTLEY, who has been a member of Historic
Royal Palace’s
USA Advisory Board since 2005, will continue to assist the charity in
identifying US patrons willing to provide support in maintaining and
presenting the palaces and in strengthening the links between the palaces,
their stories and the USA.
He will continue to make group presentations and encourage membership
drives at both the CORPORATE level and INDIVIDUAL level. In 2005, MR
HUNTLEY assisted in bringing the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester
to Dallas for a Gala Dinner on
behalf of Historic Royal Palaces.
Organizations, institutions, corporations, or foundations
that wish to receive group presentations with slide shows can contact MR
HUNTLEY at hrp@huntley.com or by telephoning
him at 972-599-0100.
